 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY- PART TIME SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST

We have an immediate part time opening for an experienced secretary/receptionist to join our team. 

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones, greeting visitors, updating member records, secretarial support to Elders, Deacons and staff, produce weekly bulletins, website updates, and other miscellaneous tasks.

16.5 Hours/Week.

Tuesday -Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Required skills include:

In agreement with  Harvest Fellowship Statement of Faith (see about – who we are - section of website), Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Publisher, Excel, Power point, Outlook), Confidentiality, Must be a team player, Excellent communication skills, Organized, Typing speed minimum of 50 WPM, 2 Years of Administrative experience, Regular attendance of Harvest Fellowship church (required), Website experience preferred (not required).

Harvest Fellowship is a Cell Church. The cell's are called Life Groups. Life Groups are focused on four dimensions:

Up – Calling attention to the greatness of God (worship)

In – A safe place to share life (fellowship, prayer, ministry)

On – Helping each other live a life that pleases God as defined in God’s Word, the Bible (Bible study)

Out – Sharing with others the good news of Jesus Christ (evangelism)
